Campaneo Verdejo Wine Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:

· The Campaneo Verdejo Wine Competition (the “Competition”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, excluding employees of Campaneo Wines, their close relatives, and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the Competition.

2. Entry Requirements:

· To enter the Competition, participants must purchase a bottle of Campaneo Verdejo wine and enter their details on the official Campaneo website.

Participants are required to provide proof of purchase if contacted as a winner. This can be a screenshot of an online receipt or photo of an in-store receipt. 

· Multiple entries from the same person are allowed, but each entry must be accompanied by a separate proof of purchase.

3. Prizes:

· The prize for the Competition is one of five Ooni ovens, each with a retail value of £299. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

· Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

4. Winner Selection:

· Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

· The draw will take place within 14 days after the end date of the Competition.

· The winners will be notified via email within 28 days of the draw. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

5. End Date:

· The end date of the Competition is contingent upon the depletion of the promotional bottles of Campaneo Verdejo wine. The Competition will end once all promotional bottles are sold.

6. Privacy:

· Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

7. Disclaimer:

· This Competition is in no way endorsed by Ooni. The Ooni brand is not affiliated with this Competition, and their name is used for prize purposes only.

8. General Conditions:

· Campaneo Wines reserves the right to cancel or amend the Competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Campaneo Wines’ control.

· Any changes to the Competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.

9. Acceptance of Terms:

· Entry into the Competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
